Two dreamers, one cart, an unreasonable love of popcorn

Kristen grew up in Chicago, where kettle corn is practically a food group. Assumpta came from Germany with a lifelong devotion to corn in all its forms. They met as opera singers in Barcelona — and somewhere between rehearsals, the cart happened.

Everything is popped fresh on the spot, served warm, and handed over with the kind of theatre you'd expect from two people who perform for a living.

Everything you need to know

We usually arrive about 90 minutes before your guests do. That gives us time to settle the cart, set up the popping station, and make sure the first batch is warm and ready the moment people start wandering over.

The cart is built for intimate gatherings up to fairly busy events. For a typical three-hour booking we can serve around 150 to 200 guests comfortably, and we can adjust the pace and portions for larger crowds if you let us know ahead of time.

We just need one standard power outlet nearby. The popping station runs on a normal plug, so a safe socket is all we need — no special setup, and no water required. If your venue is outdoors without power, let us know and we can figure out the best option together.

Send us your date, location and a little bit about your event through the enquiry form. We will check availability and come back with a tailored hourly package and quote. Once you are happy, we confirm with a simple agreement and a small deposit to lock the date.
