Our story
Two big dreamers andone little cart
Hello there, we're Kristen and Assumpta
Two friends who somehow ended up running a popcorn cart around Barcelona.
We met through a mutual friend, a fellow opera singer, two years ago and hit it off immediately. Since then we worked together on different projects, including organising a concert together, and figured out that we're quite the dream team. The idea for Cloud Corn popped off during a girls' catch up, the way the best ideas do: fast and full of energy. By the second Spritz we had a name, a business plan and a partnership strategy.
We're like yin and yang. Or, since we're already on the topic, sweet and salty popcorn. Kristen is the outgoing half: the one striking up conversations, building partnerships and getting a crowd excited before the first kernel even pops. Assumpta is the calm, strategic half, quietly keeping the bookings, logistics and details running on time. Neither flavour works without the other, and neither do we.

How we pop
Always on site, always fresh, never bagged in advance. Sweet and salty are permanent residents; the seasonal special is where we get to play: rotating flavours inspired by Catalan classics, because a Barcelona popcorn cart should taste a little like Barcelona.
