What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we collect your name, email address, event location, occasion, expected number of guests, date and timeframe, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, organise your event. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Your request to receive information and a quote (steps prior to a contract), and your consent when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any booking, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, for tax records).

Who else sees it

Nobody outside Cloud Corn, except the technical providers that host this website, store the form data and deliver our notification emails, which process it on our behalf and under our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@cloudcornbcn.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
